The Halsted Collection is a group of commercial retail properties located in Chicago's historic Lincoln Park neighborhood. I designed the branding and marketing materials used to sell the property, which included printed flyers, offering memorandums and an email marketing campaign.
The Halsted Collection is made up of a variety of high end retail establishments and trendy local restaurants. I chose an understated, pastel color palette to ensure the property photos would stand out.
