Working with Gautami and Dev on their save the dates was an absolute breeze. As soon as Gautami described her vision to me I knew the perfect font pairing and soft, earthy color palette to complement her elegant, modern style.
A few months after the finalized save the dates went out we had to make some quick decisions on how to update guests when the ceremony was postponed due to the global pandemic. We decided to put together another mailer in the same style so guests would receive a formal notification about the unexpected events.
This was my first time designing a "change the date," but fortunately Gautami and her family were stress-free throughout the entire process. (Big props to all the chill brides out there, I don't know how you guys do it!) We were able to quickly put together a beautiful piece to send to guests. In the end I got another chance to expand on the font pairing from the original save the date design, and the results ended up being just as lovely.
